March Recap

Where Dreams Come True

I am so sorry that this report is late!  I am still catching up from vacation last week.  Yes, we took the kids to Florida as we had Disney Park passes to use.  Now that my oldest is 16 (YIKES!), we figured it was the last year we could get him to go to Disney.  It was the first time my 9 year old visited the Magic Kingdom and he said it was his favorite park.  We did it all - Animal Kingdom, Epcot (My FAVE!), Magic Kingdom, Blizzard Beach & Typhoon Lagoon.

Same old, same old - I use a spreadsheet to track all of my grocery purchases. Yes, I actually enter each & every receipt.  I continue to make my profitable drugstore runs to offset my grocery spending in addition to the AWESOME NBPR beer rebates.  I only made 30 trips to the store last month and 30% were profitable trips @ mostly Rite Aid.

I finally got my Pyramid Ale Fall rebates!!!

This is my grocery spending breakdown for March.

  3. Disney is so much fun but traveling with kids is not quite a vacation. Lots of fun but exhausting.

  4. I would like to say it gets easier as they grow older, but that would be a lie. We had some good times though and lots of laughs. It's nice to take a family vacation.
