Jude picked up Kimberly-Clark MIR @ Kinney but then found a printable version.

It's for purchasing Kimberly-Clark Brands (Scott, Cottonelle, Huggies etc) between 1/1 - 3/30/13, so check your old receipts for qualifying products.

Here's the fine print:

Buy $25 worth of Kimberly-Clark brands to receive a $5 rebate or buy $35 worth of Kimberly-Clark brands to receive a $10 rebate between 1/1/13 and 3/30/13 in one shopping trip.

Mail your completed form and original cash register receipt by 4/30/13.

Participating brands: Huggies products, Pull-Ups training pants, Goodnites Underwear, Kleenex Facial Tissue, Kleenex Hand Towels, Cottonelle products, Scott products, Viva towels, Depend products, Poise products, Kotex products and U by Kotex products.

Note: Depend Real Fit, Depend Silhouette and Poise Feminine Wellness products ARE NOT participating products in this rebate.
