2 Tbl Flour
1 Tbl Oats (quick cooking)
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 Tbl blueberries (I used Dole frozen)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbl applesauce
1 Tbl + 1 tsp milk (I used almond milk)
Mix all ingredients and place in buttered or sprayed mug. Sprinkle with brown or white sugar (if desired). Microwave for 90 seconds. Delish! Don't have blueberries? Make
